In order to start participating in the reflection paper activity, you first need to select a reading. Please select one of the following two readings provided to you below. You need to select only one reading, and develop your reflection paper based on this reading. These readings are articles published in the present year in the journals of Tourism Management and Hospitality Marketing & Management. While the first article focuses on Metaverse, the second one concentrates on ChatGPT 🙂 When reading your selected article, please enjoy reading all sections of the article. If you find text (e.g., a discussion, a statement) on this article about statistical analysis and/or research methodologies, you do not have to read that particular text. When reading your selected article, your goal should be getting an overall understanding of it 🙂 Below are your provided articles, and please select only one of them. In order to complete your participation in our first reflection paper activity, you are first required to read a social science research article. Then, you need to write the 4 pages (minimum) reflection paper by following the requirements stated on our course syllabus. Your reflection paper needs to be in a word document format. Once your reflection paper is ready, please share it by posting a thread (own answer post) just like how you participated in our previous OPAs. Please attach your reflection paper to your own answer post. In this way, your colleagues can also access your reflection paper and enjoy learning about your very valuable opinions 🙂 (Tip: After you submit your post with your reflection paper attached, please check if you can view your reflection paper on Canvas. If you cannot, then we also will not be able to do it. So, please make sure that you successfully attached your reflection paper to your own answer post 🙂 In your own answer post, you can just write a sentence or two about any aspect of your first reflection paper (e.g., name of the article, your overall brief feedback on this article). Please do not type your entire reflection paper into your own answer post. Instead, only attach it to your own answer post. You also need to leave a comment by responding to one of your colleagues’ posts. In this way, you will be able to read your colleague’s reflection paper and share your valuable opinions on it. There is no number of words requirement for generating your response post to your colleague. Ideally, 4-6 sentences should be sufficient. In your response post, all you need to do is to share your valuable opinions on your colleague’s reflection paper; just like how you shared your opinions on your colleagues’ posts in our previous OPAs.
