You will choose two (2) cases to research as a group. Each group will write an analysis of one case in assignments in Weeks 5 and 6. Each case analysis should be 10 to 15 pages long. and review the example group strategy analysis project document to gain a clear understanding of what is expected in a high-quality product. Also, refer to the grading rubric for the group strategy analysis project.
Instructions
The written report for the group case project should contain these sections:
- Introduction
- Mission and vision statements
- Current objectives and strategies
- External audit
- Discussion of opportunities and threats (at least 5 opportunities and 5 threats)
- EFE matrix
- Porters 5 forces model of competition
- Competitive profile matrix (CPM)
- Internal audit
- Discussion of strengths and weaknesses (at least 5 strengths and 5 weaknesses)
- IFE matrix
- Financial ratio analysis
- SWOT matrix
- Discussion of two (2) strategies selected from the SWOT matrix
- Conclusion
- Directions
