Pre-Employment Skills Assessment Specialist

BrightPath Business Solutions Ltd. is a growing business services company that provides administrative support, customer service, digital business solutions, and back-office services to clients across different industries. The company is expanding its workforce and wants to improve its recruitment process by introducing practical pre-employment assessments.

The company currently receives a large number of applications for entry-level and junior office positions. However, reviewing CVs alone does not provide enough information about a candidate’s practical skills, communication ability, attention to detail, problem-solving approach, and workplace judgment.

BrightPath has therefore engaged a Pre-Employment Skills Assessment Specialist to develop a practical assessment that can be used to screen candidates before the interview stage.

Client Assignment
