3) The NCAA’s Transfer portal is relatively new and student-athletes are using it to their advantage. Your answer must be in your own words. In a minimum of 200 words, thoroughly explain, provide an example and cited reference:
b- Explain what is the “NCAA Transfer Portal?”
c- Do you believe the NCAA Transfer Portal is a good or bad thing? You may look at it from the NCAA’s side or the Student-Athletes. You may include information about the affect the NIL has on Transfer Student-Athletes.
For example, look at the University of Colorado Football team. There was chaos when the new Football Head Coach was announced. (You may not use this example in your assignment.)
