The first phase will be your project proposal – a single-page summary of your intended study and project goals with a project title. If there are any confidentiality concerns, please make necessary changes to the company name or data. Each group member must contribute equally to the project since there will be a team member evaluation at the end of the semester.
The second phase will be your progress report, a comprehensive report that reviews the organization’s specific situation(s), compares against recognized best practices, assesses the actions taken, and makes recommendations for further improvement – please see the guidelines above.
The group will present their study to the class for approximately 15 minutes and answer any questions about the situation(s) for 5 minutes.
