The Professional Practice Project is a comprehensive assessment designed to guide candidates in the development of their philosophy for education, an advocacy plan, and a professional development (PD) plan. Candidates engage in collaborative discussions with their peers, instructional and clinical faculty members, and their Cooperating Teacher to generate a list of activities related to science PD in the elementary education arena. Candidates create and implement one advocacy activity in the area of health and physical education.
